They want money.

i receive a call from this number when i call back ask who that was the ****up the phone on my face.so i don't have any idea their have to be rude,so please somebody anybody can your please c****e your employers.cause the very rude whit quest and please stop call my home phone.

So, this company keeps calling me from an (800) number and tells me she is with a company named Hollander Chase and****ociates.  This goes on for weeks and I try to find out what it is she wants.  She says she can't talk to me because the call is actually for my husband.  After a few weeks of this, she (THE SAME LADY WITH THE SAME NAME) is now calling from Cohen Schwartz and****ociates.This all seems like a scam to me, so if you are getting calls from either company, the two are definitely related.  And, if ALYSE is the one calling you, press her hard and see how quickly she ****s up.  What a crock that people have nothing better to do than harass someone.  Get a real job and a real life...

I recieve these calls and they are familiar from the past, though I won't answer them any longer. I distinctively remember thinking this is a call I never want to get a***n. Repeats and I don't have a way for them to leave a message. I saw Aaron's mentioned and that makes sense, I have family who uses Aaron's Furniture rental and I'm thinking maybe they never verified references! It seems some of you may have been used as references, though the person either didn't know you or gave a fake name to go with the number (or they are asking for the account holder instead of the owner of the reference number). I think the whole system needs revamped in how we go about acquiring credit. The reference system is often abused so if they enforced checking references before giving the credit, maybe some of us wouldn't ever hear the phone ring! :)***ming, GA (location of caller) 6783415585Isn't it true we can say "Do not call here a***n" and if they do after that, we can prosecute? Just called there and got in a screaming match with them. He said he'd remove my number. I said oh like you said you'd remove it 2 weeks ago!  I told him if I continue to get calls I'm filing charges a***nst them. ****** what a ***** he was.  NOT a good s**** to my day.

I'm being harassed by this number also. SEVERAL times a day s****ing early in the morning.  I've talked to them and told them to take me off their list.  To the guy who has their name and address I'd love it b/c if the calls don't stop I'm pressing harassment charges a***nst them.

I also have received a number of calls from this number, calling about a debt owed by someone I don't know.  Cohen Schwartz says that it is a law firm.  However, when I called back I got a lengthy call wait.  Law firms make it easy to contact them.  Based on what I read on this site, I'm not sure what the best response is.  I certainly will not disclose my name to them.

Received as many as four calls yes****ay, never left a message.

This number seems to like calling me everyday like it has this week, however it don't let my cellphone ring more than 3 secs. before it ****s up. Totally rude cause I am half the time sleeping.

I have received 7 phone calls.  I called and spoke to two people. One said they would remove me and the other said they couldn't. I left a mesaage with my name and number (maybe not a good idea) and I also reported the number to the do not call list.  Also looked the number up and the "law firm" name and nothing.  Soledad, the****ociate that I spoke with last, told me that they are investigators and they could not remove my number because when the type it in, my name doesn't come up.  Duh, it's because it is not me.  They also retrieve their messages just once a week because they are so busy.  I pressed on and asked what exactly they research and she would not state the answer.  She, before ****ing up on me, told me they were located in Atlanta Georgia and to "do what I need to do".

they say they are cowen schwartz and****ociates.  can't find anything on them.  i know the guy they are calling about but they keep calling.  it has to do with an aarons account a friend opened and put me as a reference.

I have this so called company call me too I told them to quit calling me, I'm not the person your looking for. I wish there was some kind of resource to get this rude sob to stop. My only option is to c****e my number

I just called the police in ***ming on them - but it would be great to have their address - why not post it?

This is very fishy indeed.  I am certain that it is a scam of sorts as they keep leaving me angry messages asking to talk to a Vanessa - even when I pick up the phone, it's a recording. That last thing I would suggest doing is calling back - I will be calling the police instead.

Waiting to see if they call a 3rd time for someone who isn't here.  Then I'll sic a lawyer on them.  But when I called back I think I got a name for the company

Very rude and unprofessional. Not a real company don't fall for "we are a law firm" cause they are not. Cant find a single web page or a trace of evidence that they are legitimate! I tried to file a report with the BB but they don't even know who they are there is no such law firm existing . Not a real company folks so don't give them any info! It took me being ***g up on several time to get the "name" of this fraudulent company

They keep calling me looking for Adam Kaczynski. I called them back and tolf them I am not him and please stop calling. They are extremely rude. He said what is your name!! I told him and he said are you sure it is not Walters! Then he said he would take my number off and just ****s up.

Someone called me from this office several times and left a message. When I called back they were looking for someone else. When I told them they had the wrong number, they continued to call. When I finally talked to someone else in the office, they were very rude and kept asking, " well, why did this person use your number." The man was very rude and ***g up on me. I don't know what company this is but the need to work on there people s****s.

This is some rude Law Office in ***mins Ga... They called me twice then left a message that I couldn't even understand. I called them told  them to take my number out of their calling list.. They asked who I was... SORRY I do not give out my you name.. If you call me you should know my name..
