Called no message left.

No longer mike Kims phone number

Fake lawyers office trying to collect on a debt for some guy I never heard of

This company needs to be investigated. I live in Texas and they are calling from Georgia about writing a bad check. I do not use checks. There are reports on them about calling practices and what they call people for.

Joyce Marie called me and claimed to be an investigator for a law firm who plans to take me to court for legal action on a pay day loan. Are they really a part of a law firm, or is this just more harassment?

Got a call from "Investigator Rich," from a company called Thomas & Williams. He said I needed to call him back in the next 24 hours about an issue of "check fraud" that's been linked to my name and social security number. He gave this phone number as his direct line #770-355-6776, but the phone call came from #678-373-4609. I moved from Utah five years ago and closed an account there before I moved, but this sounds really fishy to me. Not sure if I should call him back or not.

I received a call twice from these people saying i wrote a check for $1,400 in 2005 from a pay advace place. never did such and he threatend me with me being arrested,of co**** i said go ahead i need a vacation.lol First of all pay advance places put monies in your account so there is no check writing,so were do they get check fraud,idiots.
