Are you for real!  You talk like you are still in high school.  You need to realize that there are scammers all over that prey on innocent people.  Sounds like you are one of them.

I am a minor and this guy keeps calling me.  It's not a number i recognize and i have no idea who this guy is and why he knows my cell phone number.  I have texted him asking him to stop but he keeps calling its scaring me and its really annoying.  I have told the police and now they said they would take care of the issue.

I just got ahold of this Michael, or Thomas, or.....and today he was American Publishing collecting information on finalists for some magazine. I confronted him, once a***n....all he could say is "So****ing I can help you with"....I let the truth be known and said it all out to him. When I brought up about "oh, that is nice that is what you are doing today, but shouldnt you be selling watches, or collecting information on peoples C.Cs" he panicked and ***g up (of course). Going to s**** getting this scammer back by calling and leaving little love notes if he does not pick up on his answering ma****e. Let the REAL people of society come and attack these scammers!

Personal information: 1650 Anderson Mill Rd, Apt 5311Austell, GA 30106-1272If you look this address up on Google Earth, it comes back in the middle of a forest. No joke. If you look this address up in a search engine: it does not exist.This A**hole keeps calling my other 1/2s mobile phone over and over. We contacted him once, calling him back. As soon as we s****ed confronting him, he ***g up. He then proceeded to take the phone off of the hook. He also has an alternate number of 678-401-5655He uses either his personal name to answer, "American Publishers". He will say you either won so****ing, tries to get personal information, and all the other tricks (information off of websites). It seems that he has been doing this since around 2007.I think it is time that we keep calling little Mikey and harassing him the way that he har***** us!

I just got a call from that number today around 9 pm but it wouldnt let me call back on my cell so i tried my home phone and no one answered. I dont know how he would get my cell number when I never give it out. errrrr Why cant we get people for this if all they want to do is harass you?

I checked them out. They are a legitimate company that sells magazines. You order one weekly magazine and they give you two monthlies for free. And if you order a magazine you get a watch, too. I received my magazines and my watch.

He called me too but didn't ask for any money or credit card info, so I am seriously confused why he even bothered. He did ask for my age group, marital status, and occupation for a "survey", and he knew my cell number and full name, which was creepy, but he didn't even ask me to buy anything.

Its a scammer!I have been called by this person, and he answers as Mike Malone. All over the net there are reports of him doing this since at least 2007. Most of the time he says you won so****ing through a sweepstakes at his company American Publishers and proceeds to ask for you to buy so****ing or send money or give your credit card info. For some reason he never asked me to buy things or give him a card number, but every other case i've found says he does this. Thankfully, in most of the cases people were smart enough to identify this as a scam before giving out too much info. One person actually look up his number and he is listed as Thomas Malone from Atlanta, Georgia. He also uses an alternate number: (770)944-0621Anyone in that neighborhood please look him up and give him a nice little visit, thanks!

I told received a phone call just like you decribed.  I checked my missed calls and saw another number 770-944-0621 and when I called that number he answered "publishers" so he is now using two different numbers. 770-944-0621 and 678-401-5655.  Scary how he knew my home address.   I found out he has been doing this ince 2007 and still uses the same number and name.  Somebody ned to catch this guy before he ripps off more people

Got a call from this number but no message either which means its probably someone that I would not want to talk to.

this number has called  my cell twice within a thirty minute period I did call number back and a man answered as publishers I dont know who this is and i didnt give my number out

I got a call yes****ay night around 9 pm and a***n today morning at 12:30 pm..no one talks..when I called back it goes to voice!!Anyone has idea on what exactly is this kind of call meant to be?

I had him call today saying he was from "publisher" but later on in the phone call he c****ed his name to "american pusblisher"he said i won a free diamond watch along with 2 magizines but had to pay for Rolling Stones one for only 1.99when asked if he could mail me the info, he said that he can only do things throught mastercard on the phone. ( DEAD GIVE AWAY) i knew then this was a scam.i caught him scamming me whille on the phonei checked the bogus website he told me to go to and the 1800 numberhe also knew the address as well as full name.when i talked to him and called him  out on it, he ***g upthen i called backand he actully picked up saying "publishers"i tryed to scare him sayin i kno hes a fake and what he is doing is wrong and told him that my husband is a police officer just to scare him, he stayed on the phone for a good 30 sec. not saying anything then ***g up.678 401 5655 he called on this number

I didn't answer and he left no message. When I called him back he didn't answer.

Got the call and no message, didnt answer since i didnt recognize the number so have no idea what they wanted..not the first time it's showed up on my caller id
