I got a call from Chelsea on 4/30/24 saying At 4:25pmon 4/30/24 (message said it was at 9:25 an) I received a voice mail from 678-450=9950 saying it was from ***nesville GA The transcription read : “ Hi my name is Chelsea I’m calling from action care home health in regards to Betty Warren we have received orders from home healthcare services and I was calling to verify some information if you could give me a call back at 678-450-9950 my extension is 905543 thank you." I tried to call but 678-450-9550 supposedly belonged to t gat a message that extension 5 is busy. Also I do not know a Betty Warren. When I looked then number up the program said it belonged to Becky Hudgins in the ***nesville, GA area with a date seen of Dec 2008 and I could not find an Action Care Home health in ***nesville, GA.
