Got a call promising me that they could lower my credit card rates and that this would be my final offer (if only), but I had to press 9 to speak to a live representative. I did so, and  when I refused to give my name and questioned how they got my number, its on the do not call list, I was told that I would get no information without giving them my name.  I asked how they could solicit me when the number they called was on the do not call list and I was told that I solicited them by pressing the 9.

I don't know how they got my cell phone number, but this 678 number has been calling between 8-8.30 am for the last few mornings. Has anyone actually successfully been removed from their calling list or is it impossible?

i selected to speak to someone then i told them i wanted them to takeme off the list because i did not need there services. he was an a** hole and said real nasty what list is that? then said so what you are saying is you are not interested in saving money, real nasty a***n. before i could respondto the idiot he ***g up on me. i was going to say i have no credit card debtdumb a**.

call me twice per week for the last 6 weeks trying to give me a great deal on lowering my rates cant get them to stop.

I know not everyone has the option but since asking for no more calls doesn't work with these *******s.......i just put a contact in my googlephone named "do not answer credit services" or so****ing and set the option to 'send direct to voicemail. therefore you can just bounce their calls to voicemail which they don't usually leave anyway. and then i just keep adding numbers to this contact and they all just bounce away. it should be easier to block numbers all together.

These ******s called my cell phone. I seleced the option to speak with a customer service rep . I told this ****** that I had no interest and that they needed to put me on the do not call list. This idiot told me that there was no such thing. Yeah, they hire illiterate ghetto slobs to do their telemarketing.Contact the FCC and file a complaint......http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/

I get these calls almost daily from the telemarketers. Each time I call back and  'press 1' to be placed on the 'do not call list.' Yet every day, without fail, I keep getting calls from them. They should respect the fact that I do not want them to call me and STOP CALLING!

same as described by others. Really annoying because they called my cell.  Ironic too, 'cause I don't use a credit card and have no debt!

I received a call from this number (678)466-2999  today indicating they are from Cardholder Services.  I spoke with a representative and he claimed his name was: John Stewart, ***le: Qualifications Manager with First Choice Financial.

I have an account with FIA and I was actually interested in lowering my rates by a point as advertised by the recorded message. When I talked to the operator and told them my debt level and rate they said "Well it sounds like you're doing fine on your own" and they ***G UP ON ME! What? What do you mean? Did you even notice that I missed my last few payments?

I got the call as well but I don't answer numbers that I don't know and they left no message.  I called the number back and it immediately said, "To be placed on our Do Not Call list, please press one."  So I did.

i got the call at noon and pushed nine to get a live operator.  told them to take my number off their list.....waiting to see if they call back a***n now.

Received a miised call on my cell phone, no message was left.  I did not recognize number so I did internet check.  I will not be answering if this number calls a***n.

they ****- they are annoying and ****** and have no lives. i dont think anyone is interested in c****ing their bank accounts with complete *****s...

This is the first time I got a call from this number at 5/14/09 9:55 am CDT on my cell phone. I did not recognize the number so I did not answer. As of now I did not have a voicemail message from this number.

Got a call from "Card Holder Services" about a "deal" for "lower interest rates", and to "press 9 to continue". I didn't press anything, and the robocaller then dropped the call.The call didn't say anything like "for you account ending in ****", which made it immediately suspect to me.
