Call and not message just keep annoying

Cabio(sp?) properties...asked me if it was me (by my first and last name) then asked me to verify my date of birth which they had correct. I paused, then immediately said this sounds like a spam call and ***g up.

Also stated checking account under investigation for a payday loan and threaten to seen to district attorney. First of all i do not own or have account at bank in question. Secomd of all never took a payday loan
