Didn’t answer and they didn’t leave a voicemail either, I guess it was not that important

Said they were going to continue to deduct from my account unless I cancelled contract; of which I do not have. When I asked for more information they would not give it to me. I asked what the amount was a month and was told $1,400.00. I gave them a few choice words and told them I was going to report them and ***g up.

Attempted to get credit card information from grandparents. Claimed that there was a $200 order made on the account when no such order occurred.
