Company is "Delanor Kemper &****ociates". Her name is Crystal Foster. Said my last 4 digits of my SS & wanted to much personal information. Any one heard of them? Should I take them seriously?

Davidson On Jan.19,2010 at approximately 3:15 p.m. I received a call from a Ms. Harris at the above number who was looking for an individual named Davidson.  Shestated she was with a law firm and was seeking this person as a result of a complaint (#710051674) in St. Louis county, Missouri.  I asked for her name and return phone number and was given the number above.  I Googled the number, found it to be a scam number with regards to debt collection and followed the instructions to report any contact from her to you.
