Always call and leaves no message

Said I sent an unauthorized payment to someone and to verify my info. But when I went directly to Paypal there was no transaction. scam.

I don’t answer numbers I don’t recognize.

Portfolio Recovery. They have dubious collection practices. My bills are all paid off but they're looking for someone else using this number. Very odd.
