I receive email whit this number

Got this call Fri. 5/6/16. Picked up/***g up at second ring to stop the call since the number looked like pure bunk. Glad I did; other reports make it look like it is the IRS SCAM call which is FRAUD on a whole new level. Its one thing to pretend to give away a free cruise or some such scam, but pretending to be the Feds is another level of FELONY that is going to get someone in BIG Trouble!

Keeps calling my number because an ex friend put my name down as a reference on a loan they took out.  Can barely understand his accent and says he's officer David Smith.  Tries to say all kinds of legal terms telling me I have to get a message to my ex friend to call him or I would go to jail.  I've told him to stop calling twice now and have recorded one of the calls in case I need to pursue further action.  He's called my number 4 times past few months.  Not my debt, I didn't sign anything, go away!
