Cindy Woman who tries to imply that she works for Blue Cross Blue Shield and is trying to lower our insurance costs. Then when I asked several times if she was an employee of Blue Cross Blue Shield, she avoided the answer. I ***g up when she proceeded to ask information about our insurance coverage.

They, "Joseph", call me on a regular basis about a check that needs to be verified. This is a group called Frontier Financial out of NV. They have had NUMEROUS complaints about their business practices that as far as I'm concerned are a SCAM. When I called the # back, I told them it was a scam & he began yelling over & over that it wasn't a scam.

They are a Debt Collection Agency.
