This Jon has contacted me numerous times and has even gone to my grandmother's house at least 3 times now saying that he is with US Recovery Services and that he's trying to serve papers to me.  He does not have ANY of my updated personal info except my phone number(which has been the same for almost 4 years).  He had outdated work info etc...I have contact the district court and state attorneys office seeking more information to see if there is in fact any papers filled a***nst me and what i can do because my grandmother has told him ALL 3 TIMES that i DO NOT LIVE at that address. I use my grandmother's address as my permanent address to receieve important bills etc to make sure that i get them(I've moved around a bit in town due to expanding family). The first time he showed up wearing a "department of justice" shirt and my grandma felt she was lead to believe that he worked for the sheriff department...until he turned and she saw the sweater said NDSU on it.  He has stated that come monday the sheriff s department would serve me the papers, which i welcome.  I will deal with the sheriff department, but not some person that i have no real idea who he really is and is asking for my personal info AND borderline harassing my grandmother.  I am waiting a reply from court and attorney office to see if anyone else has issues with this guy like this.  If someone had a legitimate concern and really wanted me to pay so****ing, don't try to sneak around with some PI/private server. Go through the Sheriff department. In this day and age, NO ONE will give out their personal info to some random guy on the street who claim they need to serve you.  Especially someone whose business cards looks like he printed him at home on his own computer and tries to use more than one company name.
