they call and when i answered they say nothing, called me twice today (11/23/09).

I have a worker's comp claim, these people call and **** up on the second ring! I did talk with a male who has no customer service s****s at all!All this for 45.00 that should be paid by workers comp, not me! Anyways, let it go to collections, I'm losin my house, my family, WHATEVER!

Clark County Collection Agency10/26 received message from Jill Collins to call Clark County Collection 702.220.3999Returned to call and she said that there was a balace of $180.85 from the doctor Dr Marrietta Nelson for a date of service 8/7/08.I called Dr. Nelson's billing department and spoke with Lindsey (702.274.9242) who said that when she sent in the claim, it was denied.I called UMR, my insurance company (Gerard) who showed the claim was paid in full on 8/21/08.  He also emailed the explaination of benefits to me.I phone Lindsey back and gave her the update and forwarded the explanation of benefits to her at betterbillinglvn***mail.com.  I asked her to email me back to confirm that she received the email.I called the collection agency back (Denis Gable) who asked me to fax over a copy of the EOB.  He said he would take care of removing the claim from collections.  I faxed the EOB to 702.251.8287 with record # 565157 written on the front. Denis called back a few mins later to say he did receive the fax and that he had sent it back to the client to have them withdrawl the claim.  In the meantime, he had sent a notice to all 3 credit beaureas informing them that it should be removed from my credit report. He said I should be receiving a letter informing me of this.  He said his office would not be calling me any longer.  He asked if I wanted a followup call to confirm it was removed. He said he should be calling me by Friday.  WOW!  Can't believe I had a positive experience with a Collection agency.....go figure!

Collection Agency - Complete *****s, they just call everyone with a name close to the person they're looking for - no matter if it's you or not.  They need to be put down like a rabid dog.  Needless to say, they have nothing at all to do with Clark County or any governmental body.

Got a call for 702.220.3999 on my cell earlier today and they left no message and now they are calling my work number. She said that she was Lauren from Clark County Collections on behalf of Southern Highlands Hospital...

Called and wanted to know if I was interested in "hooking-up". WHAT!?!?This organization is a SCAM, and is probably a front for a phishing operation. Beware, your iden***y may be stolen.

These idiots call every day and left no messages.  I have no outstanding medical collections.  I just sued Clark County Collections and won $10,000.  They harassed the***** out of me and ruined my credit, year and a half.  Turned out it was someone else's bill w/ the same name!  Never even checked SS# or DOB, they are complete *****s over there.  And they do not abide by the fair collection laws either.

I believe this number is from Clark County Collections and they work for the school district collecting overdue lunch fees from parents.  Every time a sheet is printed to notify the parent of late fees the system is notified and then you receive a call.  I work for CCSD and had a $2.00 balance with them and this number kept calling and are still calling(2 phone calls today) although the balance is paid.  I hope this helps.

I just got a call from Lauren Johnson for a Manuel Alvarado, and when I called them back the lady who answered wouldn't let me speak to Lauren. It seems really shady to me. Though the lady said she was taking the number off their list. Maybe it helps that the person they are looking for is a man, and I'm not. I work in the courts, and if they keep calling I will go to the pd and sheriff's offices and file complaints for harrassing and annoying telephone calls.

This number has been calling me 3-5 times a day for the last 3 days.  Its very annoying so I looked up the number and here it is!  I dont owe these guys money, so I dont know why theyre calling me.

You tell them they have a wrong number, they treat YOU like a liar. I just got this number a month ago. Told them that, they don't care. So now when they call I either pretend to be 100 years old, hard of hearing and delerious...it's GREAT fun!Really ****es them off, but they continue to call.....

Called number from different phone number.  Someone named Jennifer answered the phone, no business name just Jennifer.
