Told me there was an unauthorized purchase of an iPhone from another state and that he would help me remove the charge. Verified with Amazon there was no charge and it was a scam.

Claiming to be from Amazon and wanted to stop fraudlent charges of an iPhone purchased in Dayton, OH

Must be same reason as previous posters, I had my car on Craigslist. It's been off there over a month though! Definitely unsolicited phone call.

I got this call too and I have an ad on cars.com. But thanks to number guru, I could see the other comments and know that it's a scam/spam call. One can set a silent ringtone for this number on your phone so the phone will never ring a***n.

Voicemail that tries to sell your car for you

have called me several times but i do not pick up on unknown numbers. no messages left on voice mail. I did have a motorcycle for sale on craigslist.

Byrd I s****ed getting calls from this number when I advertised my car.  The number appears on my caller ID as "One Stop Motors".  After listening to the recorded message, I returned the call.  I was "assured"  they had a buyer for my car.  All I needed to do was send them a small fee for the buyer information!  Please BEWARE....
