cardholder services advising lower interest rates. totally unimportant to someone who doesn't use their card.no call means nothing to these scammers.

"Rachel," a recording, urges that I call now to lower the interest rates on my (unspecified) credit card. I press the number to "stop all future calls from this company, but yet they still call. I have placed my cell phone and home phone number on the do not call list and they still call.

Received a phone call stating if you wish to lower your interest rate press 9. I pressed 9 and when this woman answered I asked her the phone# she was at and she ***g up the phone. I reported this to the Feds on the Do Not Call Web site. You can report it directly to them.

I pressed "9" for a live person. Guy apologized for keeping me waiting (it rang for a long time). Told the guy that I was on the Do Not Call register and that I hoped the FCC would get them (he sounded really surprised--didn't seem to know what the FCC was). He ***g up when I repeated that I was on the DNC list. Caller ID read only "Nevada."

Calls several times a week and have asked to be removed from calling list. No response from her other than slamming phone down. I'm on the do not call list and have filed several complaints with both that service and Verizon. Still happening.

She wanted my credit card info, but got mad when I asked her to give me info on who she was and ***g up

Rachel from Cardholder Services offering me a lower rate on my credit card. Talked to a live person and told them i have no crediti card. I asked them to never call me a***n. They calll at least once a day and leave no message. Very annoying. It says cell phone NV.

TO SPEAK TO A LIVE OPERATOR FOR SOLUTIONS, PRESS (9) NOW." callee pressed nine, line was answered by another female voice sserting she was "rachel" nd "could she help callee?" Callee announced that she had reached the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, when she ***g up. Line called is a REGISTERED 'DO NOT CALL' LINE, Line CID showed only "NEVADA". nOP SPECIFIC CREDIT CARD BANK OR COMPANY WAS EVER IDENTIFIED, BUT "RACHEL" WAS AUDIBLY TYPING AT A WORKSTATION, WITH OTHERS NEARBY. Probably a boiler-room phishing operation.

I missed the call originally, but th****n't the first time I've gotten a call from them. I called the number back and they said 'You've reached Verizon Wireless, the number you have called has been disconnected".­. Other times, when I answer, I get a pre-recorded message from Rachel saying there is nothing wrong with my account. Which is crazy because I don't have any credit cards. Also, they called my place of work and when I pressed 9 as they prompted me to to talk to somebody, I got a live person, but then when I was halfway through telling them that we were a place of business and wanted our number off the list, they slammed the phone down and ***g up on me. This has scam written all over it!

Help stop telemarketers. These people are bad.

This number called me 702-232-5103 and I asked which card company they were and the female told me to GO TO*****??????? I did nothing to deserve that. Obviously a SCAM of somesort

Getting several **** up calls from this number .

Don't know who it is and have called once a week for past 3 weeks.

Waitied to talk to a live person. They told me that when you sign up for a Visa or MC, in the fine print, you are authorizing them to call. I asked to be taken off the call list, but the guy was very rude and pretty much told me I was SOL.

I received a call from 702-232-5103 but didn't answer. I waited about an hour later and tried to call the number back and after I dialed, about 3 seconds later it disconnected on its own. I tried to call back about 6 times and the same thing each time, disconnected after 3 seconds. What a joke!

Claimed to be "Cardmember services." This is a credit card number harvesting scam. They are trying to get people to give them their credit card numbers. This number is phony too. NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO ANYONE WHO CALLS YOU!!!

They call every day around four o'clock.  When I call back it says your call cannot be completed as dialed.

The call I received was an unsolicited credit card reduction offer... I am on the do not solicit list and they are breaking the laws.  If you can get their name, turn them in and they will get a 10k fine per call.  They are tricky though.  If you ask who they are, they **** up on you.

This call came today to my cell phone with the recorded message about reducing credit card interest.  When I pressed the '9' I was transferred to some woman.  When she asked if I had responded to a lower interest on my card, I asked her WHICH of my cards this was about and somewhat pressed the issue.  She suddenly told me to "Shut Up".  As I responded to her rudeness, she ***g up.  My cell has been listed on Do Not Call since 2009.  I also immediately went to the Do Not Call website and filed a complaint.

got this call a***n today.  Word of warning DO NOT ever press 1 for someone.  This is a scam and by pressing 1 gives them premission to annoy the crud out of you.  I did the same thing recently then teh calls s****ed coming in 4 or 5 times a day.

Received a call today from them.  Said he is from Account Services & the call was to lower my credit card debt percentage rate.  When I asked a***n what company he was from, he only replied Account Services & that they are not affiliated with any bank, such as Chase or Bank of America.  He wanted me to verify one of my credit account numbers "to get me s****ed."  When I asked him if I could please get a number & call him back in a few moments or if he would be "kind enough" to call me back shortly, he simply ***g the phone up.My bet's on a scam.

Got a voicemail from them yes****ay (less than one second).  I am on do not call.  Apparently they are another violator.

I got a call - no message of course and when I call back, no answer.One of these days there will be a device that will allow the receiver of these ****** calls to send  a few thousand volts through the phone lines to these SOBs that call uninvited and unwanted.No legitimate company operates this way so if you get a call from this number; do yourself a favor and don't answer it...either that or get yourself a can of air horn and blast them in the mouthpiece.

Same thing, called my office, I followed directions to speak to a live "person" so I could get the name of the place, and no one picked up. I allowed it to ring many many times !

right after i rejected this call i got a text of an ad to sell me a car and website listed was www.greatcarsasap.com. so that is probably the number that called

get a recorded - automated call about once a month from rachel saying there is nothing wrong with my account and I do not have a credit card and have not in years...

This is a recording first to talk to someone about your credit cards, when prompted to hit 9 to speak to someone they slam the phone when you tell them to take your number off their list. It is a scam because I have no credit cards.

I received a call from this number about my "Free 14 Day Florida Vacation".  When I asked "Rachel" what company she represents, she ***g up on me.  Scammers!

Nope, just got one too, no message.

I have received several calls from this no. It was listed as Verizon Wireless on another site. No msg. is ever left. They're just one more call that I ignore.

Any ideas who calls from this number?
