Dangerous scam! Calls seniors and pretends to be a police sheriff, and scares them into paying a $1500 cash fine because they missed a (bogus) court date.

cardholder services advising lower interest rates. totally unimportant to someone who doesn't use their card.no call means nothing to these scammers.
