Got a call after posting to Craigslist

Spam called after I posted a truck on craigslist. Not a real company I looked them up!!!

I reside in Texas.  My Caller ID said this call received at 5:33PM Central, Fri., 30 Oct.2009, was from AMERICARE INC at 702-247-8675. Googled it. They are located at 4480 W. Hacienda, Suite 201, Las  Vegas, NV with same phone.  They are apparently wholesale pharmaceutical producers. Never heard of them previously, but last nt I WAS online looking around at various diabetic wound care products.  Did they somehow trace me & get mt phone number??  I did not type my name or phone number or email address onto anywhere online while I was resear****g online.  Also got an unsolited phone call today (at 3:52PM Central, Fri., 30 Oct.2009)) from another wholesale pharmaceutical company which was CAN AM CARE at 678-795-3440.  Pretty sneaky if they are able to trace my landline home phone by my just looking anonymously at websites!!  Am adding both phone numbers to my phone call blocker list software.
