called stepdaughter's phone on a line shes had since before i became her stepdad... claimed to be a search service but refused to say who employed them to search for me. also called my mothers phone threatening to serve me with a summons

I just received a call from David Rogers. He said he was from publishers clearing house and I had won a large amount of money and a 2014 Mercedes Benz. I ask where he was calling from and he said idaho falls. I told him to bring it on over. I ask him for a contact number to call him on a land line and this is the number he have me. I then called him back and told him that I also had the police in the line and that Las Vegas is not where publishers clearing house is located and he is not contracted with them. I then ask if he was ready to speak with the police and he ***g up.

timeshare sales solicitation caller. wants closing fees up front from seller and to be refunded at closing. likely to be a scam.
