I don’t give a rats behind whether it’s Direct TV or not they are nuisance they call sometimes two and three times a day.

The person said I could get my service price lowered to $69.95 a month for 2 years. The call went on and I asked to speak to his supervisor because his English was terrible. Supervisor said that I would pay 4 months in advance. Then he says that I need to put the 4 months advance payment on an Amazon gift card. I told him he was a scammer and a criminal and hung up. Beware!!!

They need to leave a message...few people answer numbers they don't recognize these days.

I didn't recognize the number, so I let it ring. Ever since I had to get a 3G TracPhone I'm getting this stupid stuff.

It is a survey direct tv does after they do an installation. I know because the guy who installed my new equipment Said I would be getting it. It is a ten question survey that is Not a real person calling.

To all the people who say this is DirecTV, how come they never say anything when I pick up the phone? How come they are calling for a "survey" at 5 AM? This is a scam.

Have missed 4 calls today on my cell (Sunday) but no message on my voice mail so checked on number. I did have DirecTv out to service a reception problem, so believe this is probably correct. Persistent little devils!

Just got a call from this number. Didn't recognize the area code so I let it go to voicemail.  They didn't leave a message so I called it back.  It is an automated DirecTV customer satisfaction survey.  I had a HD upgrade install yesterday.

I agree that the caller is probably direct tv and that they're probably wanting feedback because I had it installed with them yesterday, just haven't wanted to answer until identifying the caller.  i'll answer next time!

After a DirecTv installer comes out and work on your equipment, they call to make sure everything went perfect.

These people call our cell up to three times a day and never leave a message. We pay our bills on time so we know it is not a bill collector.

Yup. Missed this call an hour after DirecTV installer left. They called again this morning. Called back and was prompted to complete a satisfaction survey.
