MY FIRST BILL WAS $700 FOR 3 WEEKS & 1 PHONE!!! I WAS QUOTED 99.99 PER MONTH UNLIMITED BUT T MOBILE SELLS UR INFO & U GET ALL KINDS OF **** COMPANIES CALLING YOU! THERES A REASON THAT MOST PLACES LIKE RADIO SHACK AND OTHERS DONT CARRY T MOBILE.. AND PAY AS YOU GO UNLIMITED IS Not REALLY UNLIMITED FYI!! PLEASE TAKE THE ADVICE I WISH I DID!!!

I GET CALLS & EMAILS FROM THIS ******** 360 SCAM "COMPANY" BUT JUST MAKE THEM A CONTACT & BLOCK THEIR****ES!!! ITS A PAIN BUT IT WORKS.. OR GET THE NUMBER NUMBER COP APP. Only that marks Non Spam as Spam.. If 1 person says it's spam it gets marked as spam! THIS **** NUMBER IS LISTED AS T-MOBILE! THE VERY WORST CELL COMPANY EVER!!! I GET 200+EMAILS EVERY FEW DAYS FROM THIS 360 company.. Unsubscribing DOES NOT HELP!! THE FCC MUST STOP THIS!!

overpriced T-Mobile 4g ****s about as bad as any carrier more like lg phone service across the USA not bad if they could only tie sprint they would be a factor

it is Tmobile asking you to do a survey to rate the service you received from their customer service rep in store or over the phone.

Survey call that their system does to rate the agent(s) you spoke with last.

Just read the comments and I have T-mobile and had called them about a spam call from Jamaica this morning. Now T-mobile is calling me from this #? Are you kidding! If I wanted unwanted calls I wouldn't have complained about the call from Jamaica!

First they called my cell and ***g up before it got to voicemail. They they called my husband's cell (the number isn't anything near what my phone # is) and did the same thing...***g up after 3 rings.

They have been calling twice today on my cell phone but not leaving a message.

install w****eyou app to block automatically any obnoxious caller, it also blocks texts !!

I see its Tmobile calling to follow up on a service call. i did answer nothing on the line. If continues in an annoying vein, will block. Sorry tmobile

its called Voice of the customer. its an automated system but i guess it ****s. its a survey to see how u feel about the service

I heard this from a comedian years ago,so I tried it, & it works every time, I tell them I was just setting here with a gun to My head, & was just about to do it, when he called, this must be a sign, then s**** telling them about My wife running off with our neighbor, & taking My dog.,99% of the time they **** up, & most of the time they do not call back.

Got a call from them at 830am I didnt answer it as I didnt recognize the number. I do not expect to get spam on my cell phone.I am a tmobile customer but I havent called them I did check a text tmobile sent me. If its a survey then i consider that spam. I dont do surveys unless I will get paid My time is valuable. Thanks to people who posted here I now know who they are will not answer it anyway.

I got several calls from this # after cancelling my service with T-mobile. T-Mobile Retention team thinks that threatening will make people reconsider to cancel their service.

Not spam. Complain to these people and they will give you GREAT PERKS. No spam.

I got this call after talking to T-mobile. Didn't answer it because I did not recognize the number.

Received a call from this number right after I spoke with a T-Mobile Customer Service Rep regarding my phone bill, T-Mobile accommodated me and resolved my issue; right after the call end that’s when 702-576-0461 called I didn’t answer the call because I didn’t recognize the number. Nothing to worry about!

T-Mobile customer service satisfaction survey. It's automated. If you aren't happy with the customer service or resolution/lack of resolution, you have a chance to voice your opinion to an ENGLISH-SPEAKING ma****e. It look me less than two minutes.

They tried to call me three times today without leaving a message. I called them back from a secured line and it was a research firm PinPoint. They are taking surveys with people who have contacted T-Mobiles Customer Service Department.

Have been calling me repeatedly. 3 times so far just today. No messages left. Very annoying!!
