I got 2 calls today on my Blackberry and I texted it back and got no response..

I called number back: voicemail says: Welcome to Pinpoint T-Mobil. Asking to complete survey and gives the number to call for the survey.

Interesting that this is supposed to be T-Mobile... They first called while I was still talking their tech support... then a***n a few hours later.

Call 1-866-923-0*** to have them remove your number. It's so irritating that they call dozens of times a day just to have us rate our customer care experience....­I probably would have rated them pretty high, but now I'm annoyed!

Calls at least 6 times daily, never leaves a message. Very irritating... Who would make a call and not leave a message if the person owning the phone number does not answer? I would like this to stop.

I just rec a call on my cell my familly are the only ones that have this number. I told this to a friend and she heard that calls are being made from a survey on behalf of T-Mobile, ig I find this out to be true I will drop T-Mobile for sure. I am also on DNC.

It is T Mobile customer care. Asking you to rate your recent experience with T Mobile. It is legitimate. Relax.
