On September 30 I was receiving a meeting at the place of my employer. If I couldn't be there I could call this number and ask it be c****ed

I was called by my first name and was told that a summons was undeliverable and that I needed to call this number to keep from missing my court date. When I asked who was suing me. He stated he was calling from a organization that worked for the attorneys' office. He gave me the phone number and a so-called reference number. There should be laws a***nst spammers and scammers!!!!

They said they received tax do***ents and want me to call them make appointments regarding it.

The person sounds *****, taking deep breaths and is clearly reading a script. They state so****ing about receiving a back order and I will be served at my place of work the next day. They provide a number to call back to reschedule the service day giving the "plaintiffs office". They also end the call (name) you have been notified.

Same as others stated above. These scammers better understand that with a bit of research, THEY CAN BE LOCATED!

they claim they will serve you at your place of business. and continue to say you have been served.

Claims to be some type of legal company that tells you that you will be served at your place of business on a certain date and last thing they say is same thing the guy says at the s****"you have been served". The person the guy was calling gave my ex-hubby's name and we've been divorced for over 20 years plus he passed in Jan. of 2022.

Claims legal action has been taken a***nst you and that “you’ve been served” and they will go to you place of employment to “serve” you the paperwork next. Dude’s s***ch was slurred and sounded like he was on drugs.
