This is a scammers phone number. They say that they are agent Wayne Bruce and that they are the head of of giving out federal government grants to people who pay a fee to receive a much larger amount in grant money.

These Publishers clearing house scammers have called me twice. On 876-879-1983, a Jamaica phone on 1.20.2021. They said they were in KY and an hour and 1/2 away from our home. They called 1.19.21 also from 702.803.8478, a Nevada phone. Both times they wanted be to go and buy a vanilla gift card-? for $200.00 on 1.19.21 and the price c****ed to $350.00 on 1.20.21. I did not and will not do this, but I would sure like to meet the ****s. Whether they are in KY or not. I don't think they were because I asked him where ion KY and he just said KY. Anyway, I just blocked the phone and went back to wat****g the Inauguration on TV.
