Was given this number by a female from Instagram stating we could converse here better than on Instagram. She never said it was her personal number, but just said we could converse better on this line. Is this part of a scam group?

Got a text that a FedEx shipment was sent to me, however, I do not know who this person is and did not receive a package. Tracking # tells me it was sent from San Antonio, TX. I have no idea who this is and will be calling FedEx tomorrow to see if I can find out who shipped it.
