Lady called to let me know my brother had missed a summons for a court date. Left this number and a case # so I could pass on to my brother. Did not identify where she was calling from . I asked for attorney information and she said she was only given this name and number to call. Attempted to ask what court, but she ***g up.

Left message saying I would be served papers at my place of employment Friday August 5,2022 Nevada number, caller ID came up unknown. This is not how usual debt collectors work. Possible Scam.

So****ing about been serve some papers on job by July 22 2022 cornern n some fax they received my place of employment

Had a voicemail to call this number 702-915-6990 stating I was going to be served papers at work on 7/22/2022 and that I have been notified. I called the number and spoke with a James from Michael and****ociates. And supposedly its from a debt collector 9 years ago that I have not recollection....And they called at 7am. They shouldnt be allowed to freak people out like that.

Lady claims to be a processor. Told me I was being summoned to court. For what? Your guess is as good as mine. Scam!!!

Have ****X call attorney office at 702-915-6990. Would not answer any questions due to privacy concerns. **#210-..... is not a real court case #. I searched Las Vegas & county court dockets & ****** returns no results.

Called from blocked number, said they received a fax and said I would be getting served at my workplace July 15th and left a number for Las Vegas. Definitely a scam, I’m gonna call the number and try wasting their time.

Called employer and left a msg Said I was being sued for a debt that is 10 years old. Said I would be served at my place if employment June 24th but no one ever showed up. I called back and they demanded I pay them over the phone but refuse to give me any paperwork. Said they mailed it to my house but I never got anything. Possibly a scam but I have no idea

Phone call included my previous married name & stated do***ents would be served to my place of employment (which does not exist) & then made mention of a “plaintiff”. Repeating my name in the last statement saying “you have been notified” The legal system does not work this way and trying to ignite fear in people is the upmost disgusting scam.

Credit card debt for Capital one.

They claimed to be a process server and would be serving me at my work.

Fake process server

This is a process server with a Las Vegas call back number, saying you will be served at your place of employment July 1st. However, it was for a relative, that I’ve no contact with and I know doesn’t have a job.

Call stating she was a process server. She had received a fax and that she would be serving me papers at my job on July 1st, She then said my name and states, "you've been served"

Said they were going to serve a paper at my place of employment. They used my old last name and I am not employed.

called from a s****ed number. then some loud annoying lady leaves me a voicemail about how they received a fax. and so****ing about showing up to my place of employment. which is funny cause right now i work for myself and don't' even live in las vegas.
