Got a call from a private number stating they were calling with the processor's office in regards to a fax order they just received and that they were placing me on the schedule to be served February 3rd at my place of employment. If I need to reschedule or had questions I could contact the plaintiff at 702-915-6992, and they said you have been notified. Guy said his name was Edgar Alcantara.

Received a call from a blocked number stating they were calling with the processor's office in regards to a fax order they just received and that they were placing me on the schedule to be served Friday November 11th at my place of employment. If I need to reschedule or had questions I could contact the plaintiff at 702-915-6992, and they said you have been notified. Definitely a scam!

Sounds really legit - process server letting me know I have one hour to call this number or the judge wont be happy.

I just got that same ****head. Total scammer. Don't fall for it. They make it sound legit. But one thing. They don't call to tell you they're going to serve you.

Says process server planning to be at my place of employ Fri 9/30. I won’t be there. Retired. Says recvd a fax request to serve me. Left 702-915-6992 in the Las Vegas area for any questions.

It showed on my Phone screen as restricted. Number. Then a voice message, but the caller said someone else name, not mine and the caller was "serving notice to you at your place of employment on Friday September 30. If you need to reschedule call the plaintiff at 702-915-6992." Then the lady said the person's she thought she was calling, and said " you have been notified" cedule

Same as all the other comments. Said they would serve me at my place if employment June 24th but never did. I called them back and said they were Michael &****ociates. Demanded I pay them over the phone but would give verification of debt or provided any proof or paperwork. They did have info on the debt which was accurate but could be a scammer with access to an old credit report. I’m not sure.
