Doug Collins calls all the time from different numbers. Can't*****ounce my name right....its Doug calls me David and calls from different numbers. I have asked to be removed but still calls

CMRE, a collection agency. They show a local number even though they are in California.

who are you now no message left, but I happened to be right by the phone-anyway, over my message (pease leave a message, etc)  was the voice of chelsie-enhanced recovery-female, with english accent--s****ed part of an automated message-then cut off, so as not to leave any message on tape.  The company calling is supposedly financial recovery (solutions or services)--frs.  Anyone know how to tape (without my being there) the call?--so she is on the tape, and not my message.  Thanks.
