This is not Dell Financial Services!!!! It is a ghost number for Pentagroup Financial based in Houston, TX with another office in Amherst, NY. If they misrepresent themselves as anything but Pentagroup Financial, they are breaking Federal law under the FDCRA! I am currently filing litigation a***nst this company for deliberately violating a received Cease and Desist letter dated 9/13/2011. They have called 22 times since receiving it.

They call often and don't say anything when I pick up the phone and then it turns into a drop call. I try to call back and nothing. They've been calling me 3 times a day every day for the past week.

I have received numerous number of calls from this number.  No one leaves a message, and as I don't know the number I don't answer.  If you're not leaving me a specific message as to why you are calling, you're definitely not getting a call back from me.

I am a victim too. They keep calling me twice a day, once at 4:00 pm and the next at 9:00 pm. Finally, the ma****e s****ed leaving msgs for a person thats not even me and it says that the call comes from Dell Financials...I am so ****ed out and dont know how to get rid of them... Its F*****g annoying...

This number is calling my WORK..........non-stop!!  Who are they?  Why are they calling this number!!  I called and tried to resolve the issue, but they left me on hold for an unGodly amount of time.  Please stop this harrassment -- my credit is impeccable, so I know that they are not trying to reach me.  If this is some sort of mistake..........they need to be notified.  They make it impossible to stop the calls...hhmm....

703-291-9041  just called my house this evening at 9:00pm eastern time and I have two young children that were woken up by this disruption.  I have done a little snooping around and, this is some collection agency that has somehow obtained very old delinquent payment records that have long since been resolved in many cases.  Warning do not pay these people anything!!!!!  if you attempt to call the number back u will be on hold for the rest of your life or you will get to talk to some really ****** f***s about s**t that is not even correct or current!!!!!!!!!!

I don't believe this Pentagroup Financial.  This number is from VA.  They never leave a msg and the big thing is, they were calling about an account I still had open and was in active use that was not delinquent, though at one time it was.  By the time they called, I not only had caught up but had been in good standing for quite some time with the original creditor.  DO NOT pay these people.  They are very shady.

they have called a few times and left voice messages from a collection agency. the problem is they say if you are not----- **** up, but they never fill in the blank. This time i called them back. The gal was very nice and she said she would take the numbwer off. They were looking for my step daughter who left home before I hooked up with her ***her 20 years ago.  it was that easy.

Got this call today, don't know anyone at this number, CID says it is PENTAGROUP. Picked it up after the 3rd ring and immediately ***g it up; will see if the caller tries me a***n; he'll be so sorry and won't want to hear what I have to say about these ******, ****** calls.  Hmm????

They call my house every day, sometimes a couple times a day. It is a collection call for bills that I do not owe.

They keep asking for someone who no longer resides here. It is very irritating!!I didn't appreciate the tone of the man who called!!

The people at this number cclaimed that I owed money from 2001 which was untrue.  Then they used my name and pull up my history.Please bar this company from calling me and arrest they fro wrong doing.

They call during the dinner hour. Caller ID "Unknown Name". After a few rings the party ****s up leaving no message.
