Never left a message. Have called multiple times a day so I blocked the number. In the last 4 days have called 14 times and have called twice today, so far.

I get 3 calls per day, 7 days a week from this number. I have never answered, and they never leave a message, so likely telemarketer

JL Yes, number 703-291-9049 keeps calling and doesn't leave a message...sometimes multiple times a day. I don't have my phone on while I am at work. I don't owe anyone in that state, ******ia. I am current on my bills. I am ignoring it. If they need to tell me so****ing, they can leave a message and I will respond. Otherwise...I don't reply. Some people have written about it being Verizon...I am current with my Verizon bill. This has to be a scam.

Louis Didn't recognize number, so didn't pickup. Left a 5 minute long dead air message until my vm cut off.

K. Katherine Everyone - Purchase a Call Blocker. Good and cheap ones on Amazon. Don't get the Sentry. It talks real slowwwwwwww. Which makes it a pain when a caller you want is calling. It also will not disconnect after you pick up the phone, so you have to talk over the slow voice until it finishes. I am trying out two new ones right now. I can update the post when I know which one works best. It is between the "Block Now" call blocker by CPR and the "HQ TELECOM". I purchased the landline unit but they do sell an app for cell phones also. This is the best investment I have EVER made. I was getting so many calls a day, it would fill up my answering ma****e. I have no idea how I got on their "**** list" because I do not owe anyone any money or have any outstanding debt, but I must have turned down one of their sell pitches for a product, and angered one of these ******s. I turn all the ringers off at night and I have never been woken up a***n by one of these silent ****s. All they want is to harass you. They did it for months before I checked a blog and found out they were doing it to others. So many others. They have been bothering people in this same manner since 2002. Once you get on their "list", they WILL NEVER go away. As soon as I get up, I turn my ringer back on, and check my phone to see if anyone called me. Now when the phone rings, I look at the number. If I do not recognize it, I just block that number. It is easy to check numbers on the internet if you want to find out which company is calling, so you can see if you want to block it. Most of these numbers are pre-sold through brokers. They have thousands of numbers, and call from every state. I have kept a log book (each page s****s with a different area code. One page for the two's and so forth.) After a while they will get bored with you not answering. That does not mean they will not try bothering you a***n in six months, but with the call blocker, only the numbers I want can call right through without getting the call blocker ma****e message. Because the only satisfaction they get is when you answer the phone. DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. I have told all my friends and family to just leave a message. I will call them right back if I am home and was unable to check the number in time. Also when you come home, you can go through the list of numbers that called while you were at work and add them to your block list. (It is easy to unblock someone if you accidently added them to the bad list.) The guys harassing you only get their jolly's if you pick up the phone. Don't give them the satisfaction. There is no reward for them if you do not pick up. Then they cannot joke with their buddies about bothering you. Now I laugh every time they call.

He says he is collecting money for the homeless and disable veterans. He had a hard time accepting no for an answer. DAV does not call, they send a letter.

I called the person back and he answered "hello?" I said someone called from his number and he is with some Veterans' organization. I said I don't take solicitation calls and ***g up.

Ankl Johndas Got me a message too from that number. Said "Hola Ankl" - I don't know who it is! I don't see how it could be a landline as it says up top if they sent me a text! I got excited because I thought maybe it was laydey since they say hola to be flirtatious but alas Ankl's alone another night

citizen Very obnoxious guy who said he's calling about Verizon. I told him I'm NOT interested and told him NOT call a***n. He completely ignored me and kept calling for probably 10 times within 30 minutes. Very predatory behavior, insulting, and utterly lawless as I told him that it is illegal for him to call since our phone number is on the National Do Not Call list. He did not take NO for an answer. Blatant harassment of innocent citizens.

atcnavy34 This is not Dell Financial Services!!!! It is a ghost number for Pentagroup Financial based in Houston, TX with another office in Amherst, NY. If they misrepresent themselves as anything but Pentagroup Financial, they are breaking Federal law under the FDCRA! I am currently filing litigation a***nst this company for deliberately violating a received Cease and Desist letter dated 9/13/2011. They have called 22 times since receiving it.

I have also received calls about warrenty expiration for my vehical.They have used my cell phone number thou  3 times leaving an automated message saying dial one. At&T phone service. retund number was 703-291-9019 and also a do not casll number of 760-526-8563. Please report these phone numbers to the Federal Trade Commission website and you phone service provider.

West****et Management also goes by the name of 3M Financial, and Triangle, Va., on the caller I.D.  Phone numbers involved are: 703-291-9037, 708-731-2635, 888-433-2886.  Their website address is: www.westassetmanagement.com.They are a fully licensed collection agency with over 2,600 employees and 14 locations in 13 states plus an offs**** location in Makati City, Philippines. They collect the full spectrum of debt for the communications, financial services, government, healthcare, higher education, insurance and utilities industries.  In other words if you owe it they will collect it.
