I got one last night.  A male asked for me by my ful name  (which I never use) so I told him he had the wrong number.  He asked if this was (my number) and I said "no you must have misdialed". He called right back - I let it go to voice mail but no message was left.  Could be Portfolio Recovery - a bottom dwelling collection agency that tries to collect expired debts and from what I hear - sometimes non-existend debts.  They use a bunch of different numbers.  If you don't ever answer eventually somebody will probably leave a voice mail.

they call every hour for months now. Never pick up calls where i don't recognize the number and they never leave a message.
