Ironically, when I get a call from this number it only EVER rings once and then ****s up. I was wondering who they were, but good thing they only ring once or I'd have an issue. Ii agree with everyone above, don't answer or bother with them =/I'm pretty sure the same people have called me from different numbers.

These people call twice a day, everyday, once in the morning and once at night. Even on Sa****ay and Sunday!!!! I answered once and there was no one there??!!! Imagine working this hard all the time?! I figured they were either debt collectors (why are they calling me?) Or telemarket people. I don't answer anymore.

These people keep on calling ( and IC systems). They are calling my fax line !! One message they left and said they are looking for Michael, which actually happens to be my dads name. The message says if you are not Michael please call us back anyway so they can take us off the call list. I have never picked up nor called them.

They called and asked for a Michael so****ing. I said wrong number because there is no Michael here. They continued to stay on the phone saying nothing till I ***g up. Now I know the Michael person used to have my number since I had personal calls asking for him and they were polite to ***g up when I told them wrong number. These people are still calling though and at all times of the day and don't leave a message as I don't answer. I am considering c****ing my number .

I get calls at the most inconvenient times from these people. They call me by my nickname that only friends and family know me by and they're rude and unprofessional. I'm about to have to c****e my number because they won't stop calling me.

Same thing happened to me, they either never say anything or when ask from me they **** up. A ploy used to send the debt to court, by ****ing up they say that they have contacted you and you have refused to speak with them

i got a call from this number and they basically pranked me. when i called it back they said they dont have my number in their program. then they asked for my social security number. i laughed and said i wasnt going to give them that info. they said it was the only way they could look up my account. when i said no a***n, the woman ***g up on me.

I have come up with a brilliant solution. I have my phone number parked at "voice mail" only for about $60 per year. I get an email with an audio recording of the message so I don't have to even pick up the phone. If I want to return the call I do, but never never never  answer.

I have the ipod touch app TextFree. You get****igned a number that shows up when you text your friends and so they can text you back. Today i connected to my WIFI and it gave me that notification that someone had tried calling my text free number, it was the 703-656-9842 number. I'll keep you updated to how often they call if they continue, luckily no matter how much they call it wont bother me, and i will also have a log of it to send to the BBB or w***ver the people that handle harassing debt collectors are.On a bright note they will be wasting there time calling me so maybe they will enjoy some of the headache they have caused all of you...

That number called me tonight while I was in my night class, at 830pm eastern time.  I sent it to voicemail, being in class.  They couldnt be bothered to leave a message.  This is the first time I've heard of it, but thanks to all of you, I know not to answer these people for whatever their purpose is, and I will find myself one of those number blocking apps, thank god for google phones :-)

703-656-9842A woman from this number called me.  She asked, "May I please speak with Noelle?"  I answered, "This is Noelle."And then she ***g up on me....

They are overly aggressive, threatening, rude and intimidating! Don't answer their calls.

We s****ed receiving calls from this and 6 or 7 numbers also connected to IC System about a year ago. We do not know the person for whom they are calling.  We have returned their calls, just to be told this is the only number they have for the person in question, and we have to know this person, or they wouldn't have the number in their database - essentially told we were lying.  We mailed several Cease and Desist letters via certified mail/return receipt requested.  We know they have received them, but were also told this is only viable if we know the account for which collection attempts are being made.  Sorry, but we don't.Our attempts to get the calls stopped have only caused them to escalate.  They now ring 7 or 8 times a day from any one of the numbers.  Time studies indicate that their calls cost us close to a day's labour in a week.  We're a small company, but known fairly well for what we do.  Our deadlines are tight, and we cannot lose that kind of time in a month, let alone a week.  They have caused us to have to push projects back, and also cost us in overtime. We are now forced to c****e our phone number because of these people and the disruptions their calls make during the day.  By default this means we also have to c****e our letterhead, business cards, website and email sigs.  Coordinating this process is a headache and a little costly.  However, if it ends the harrassment, it will be worth it.

These people (the gentleman that I spoke to me) are idiots. He asked me if so and so live at my number. He became upset when I told him no. He foolishly told me that the call is being recorded and that he dialed the right number. Go figure! And this company really doesn't have any regards for the person or families attached to the numbers they call as it appears. They call early in the morning and up to four times per day.

I just got a call from this number myself.  It came across as 7036569842.  Thanks for identifying as IC Systems.  Yes, this company has a LOT of phone numbers that they call from.  They are pests...don't give up even if debt doesn't belong to you.  I don't answer calls that I don't recognize the number....

I have received 2 calls from 7036569842. Both times, when I answered, I got a message indicating someone was trying to reach me, then a person, once a man, and once a woman, asked if I was John Williams. The second time, the lady also asked me if I know a John Williams.

Got a call from this number and my caller ID said "IC System". We've been bugged for YEARS by these  *****s and this is the 4th phone number they've called us on. I have a wonderful feature on my phone account called Call Block and have added all the phone numbers they've used (including this latest one) to it, but it only has room for 20 phone numbers. Im wondering just how many phone numbers does this ****** company have anyway!? They're getting annoying. Can't they get the hint? We're not paying them!  It doesn't pay to pay collection companies...the debt just ends up on your credit report TWICE...once from the original company and then from the collection company so in the end you;d get dinged twice on your credit report! Don't pay em!
