You couldn't provide name, business, carrier. All you could tell was that it was a cellular phone in a city, Manassas. You couldn't provide most of the information. There should be no charge for this search!!!

I guess this is the NRA. They call very often for membership renewal but never leave a message. I like the NRA. They fight for our rights. However, I don't like their procedure for calling members. Maybe it's automated or so****ing. Either way they need to fix this.

Annoyed received call on work cell...only the last 4 digit showed up 9987. I allowed call to go to voicemail. I immediately checked the internet and found tons of other complaints with the same last 4 digits.

6-25-2011I have been rec'ing calls from this phone number, with no message. When I finally ret'd the call they claim to be a collection agency for Capitol One. The person on the other end asked for my acct # &/or SS#. I did not give them it. I said that they are the one who called me. This is when I was told that they were a collection agency for Capitol One. I said that I was not in collections w/ Cap One & ***g up. I then called Cap One to confirm that this was not legit...it's not. My advice is to not give any info to this so called collection agency. I did call back to this number & the rep a***n asked for my info. All I would give was my name, no phone number nothing. When I told the rep that they are not a authorized collection agency for Capitol One her reply (very snottly) was Oh really.

Harold I received a telephone call on 11-04-09 at 7:30 pm from a woman who said she was representing the "Fairfax County Professional Fire Fighters & Paramedics."  The telephone number that showed on my phone was 1-703-656-9988.  She was soliciting a donation.  I told her that I do not make any financial commitments over the telephone and that, if her organization would send me so****ing in writing, I may consider it.  She ***g up.Looking on the internet, I am unable to find any legitimate company****ociated with this number.  Therefore, I believe it to be a scam telephone call.If everybody would do this, calls from these kind of telemarketers would stop.

From New Jersey Just received a call from (703) 656-9961 with Caller ID: "NCO FINCL" but no voice mail message was left. This is the third call this month from what seems to be the same company (with different phone numbers): NCO FINANCIAL SERVICES. I have been logging all the phone calls that leave no voice mail messages for the past three months. The other phone numbers that called this month are: (443) 205-1058 with Caller ID: "NCO FINCL SVCS" and (240) 210-7153 with Caller ID: "NCO"

chu_phx_singer They just called me, asked for me by my legal name, which is an automatic tip off for me, since I don't use it. When I asked who was calling, she identified herself as "Ashley". When I asked what it was regarding it she said it was regarding a business deal and that she couldn't discuss anything with me unless she could verify my iden***y. Then she asked to me to verify the last 4 digits of my Social Security number, but I asked her who she was with and she then ***g up on me. I did *69 to get the phone number they were calling from.  I don't give anyone any information without them answering MY questions first.

Tim My x-wife was called and informed that her husbands (me) lowe's account had been turned over to a callection agency. She in turn informed me and gave me this number to call. I called it and the man wanted me to give him my account number, mailing address and other personel information that if they were a true agency they would already have all this information. This is a scame, do not call this number. I ***g up and called Lowe's directly and was informed that they have never called a collection agency about me or my x-wife and that I in fact had a zero balance. How does a person get people like these scammers from doing what they are doing?
