This number is tied in with Ellipse at Government Center and Tim Kushon and Melissa Calkins who run the property. This apartment complex is riddled with scams because they keep their budget low by not replaces faulty utilities like air conditioners, washers and dryers, washing ma****es, etc. They keep their budget low and their residents miserable. Tim and Melissa are utter scam artists out for a profit. They are rude and lack tenant service.
