DW Keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. It doesn't identify the caller. Today I got a call and answered it and no one would talk but I heard someone/so****ing on the line.

Personal Keeps calling. When I attempt to call back, the system advises that it is not a number that allows incoming calls.

In his 20's, chubby, oily looking guy with a bad face.Read his replies when people talk about him. Very very angry
