This is the number who is sending spam messages to my elderly ***her in law who is unwell. Telling him to get down to see his son fast because there is trouble. Who does this kind of thing?

Ralebe A "Mr. Jones" calls and claims that you've won a prize in a "International Publisher's Clearing House" and wants to deliver it to your address. Traced another number that he call's from (876-841-2505) and it is from Jamaica. It is a fraud and from what I've read on line from other's, he wants you to transfer money via a Western Union for the taxes. Don't give them any information.
