Prett sure this is a debt collector. I much debt due to ecomomy, losing home and 8 surgeries over 2 years.

Collection Agency, not located in NC but uses this number hoping you will answer.

Mac This # keeps calling and I tell them the person does not live here.  Today I told them to cease and exist.

annoyed receiver this person left a message finally on My phone..."hey this is victor" but that was all the information given.  still unsure of who this might be, or why they have my hidden number.

Got a call from them tonight. There was dead air before some one picked up. The requester wanted me to take a suvey on abortion. He said it would only take ten seconds After ten seconds I told him his time was up and ***g up.

Concerned I think this is a company related to the Health Department out of Concord. Not sure but it's my guess. Wish i knew more.
