ARO Caller asks to speak to man or woman of the house, I answered "This is she", he says "Okay" then ****s up.

Some sort of collection agency. Very rude and unprofessional. Calls back to back then breathes into the phone. Creep!

Called my cell phone and could hear background noise on VM but did not leave verbal message then ***g up.

today is my first call. they didn't say anything but to call them back and reference this number 37876

Not sure why they are bothering me, but they are not nice and don't speak English very well.
