Idiots!!!!!! These fools have called way too many times. I do not even live in Charlotte. I asked to be removed from list after my daughter overheard a message that had been left on our ma****e which consist of one horrible, loud and down right ****** woman laughing followed by cursing. I am sure glad I don't have to rely on Ch. Fire Dept. if the phone reps are any indication of their professionalism.
