this number calls my home phone multiple times a day, ****s up on answering ma****e

called wanting court information or had court information. I could not understand him. He had my SSN and address. BEWARE

This number was being used byPublic Policy Polling out of the Carolina's supposedly for a poll on Obama's work record when I answered 3 times I was dissatisfied they ***g up but not before advertising their web site, publicpolicypolling.com  Is this legal? Certainly not ethical if they are indeed a nationaly recognized polling company.

called and ****ed up a couple of times then asked for someone who doesnt live here when they did answer.

called says his name is "JOHN" - 'we are Credit Card Services..if you have a credit card debt..." We cut him off there and said do not call back. "JOHN" asked for someone by name, obviously 'JOHN' is going thru the phonebook.

In times where VoIP allows you to have any phone number anywhere in the world, these guys could be phishing from any continent: never mind the area code... They call me AT WORK and ***g up when I pick up.

These people call daily.  I just let the ma****e get it.  They never speak to me or the ma****e.  I think it is a telemarketer.  I thought my job ****ed.

A male called and asked for me by name (knew my first and last name), greeted me as if he knew me, then ***g up when I asked who was calling.

Recording: "This is Karen with important news from Credit Card Services ..."  At that point I simply ***g up.  Number is Athems, GA unpublished, land line provider is MCIMetro.  Will report to FCC.
