He tries to sell football signs then you pay them and they never ship it and still int use cash app or apps that you can't get money back so then that can try to keep getting money from you then he acts like it's not even shipping and wants another 30 then they text you on this saying it's not even as he is the Fed ex driver and needs another 30 bucks on top of that.

Keeps calling and not leaving a message even though my number is on the Do Not Call list. It shows up on my caller ID as "Cpa Data Sol" I looked it up and "CPA Data Solutions, CS Marketing LLC" has a consent order number 2020-C-050602, from the state of NY. It lists 152 violations of the Do Not Call list and a civil penalty of $76,000.
