Caller ID says Cardmember services. This is a telemarketer claiming to reduce your credit card interest rate. My number is registered on the no call list so they called in violation of federal law. Individual spoke to not understand enough to English to know what no call means. Complaint filed with federal no call list

Received a computer message about lowering your interest on a credit card(generic no card name) to hit the #1. Once you wait a person answers about lowering your interest; I asked how they got my number and they **** up. I also filed a claim on the do not call list.
