It sure was a drag getting these calls but I came across a comment elsewhere a few days ago that mentioned a do not call request service to stop these calls. It was fast and easy so I wanted to share this; call 866-246-7196 and just give them the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call list.

A robot call; no message just clicks and then dial tone. Reported the number to the do not call registry, though it will do no good.
