This is a company representing WOW. WOW billed me an additional $30 in error and wrote it off on their end. They said they sent a write off for the entire amount to this company yet the still call me asking about the $30. They have threatened to put it on my credit. Knology says they should not be calling me.

This is a company that is representing Comcast. They call me DAILY when I have made arrangements with them. It is borderline harassment if you ask me. They even call on days the office is "closed". And, really, this is over a rather small bill for their company and I was disputing it with Comcast but they turned it over. I HATE that company!!
