Probably some sort of repo/ impound service just trying to find your location by confirming you are by whatever phone number they have been provided.

Not sure if this guy is using it to scam people out of money.

Received multiple calls from this number over the last several days. Caller ID ‘Trinidad CA’. Caller never leaves a message. Suspect it’s a scam call.
