This is a spammer who asks contractors to do work on their home while they are out of town. Sends a fake check and asks you to cash it first and send money to a third person

I received a call from this number. Person says his name is Steven working with Sparks Energy and provide gas price discounts for those who use PG&E.

I received a message from (707) 240-6166 saying "New MMS message to download". As the phone number is unknown to me, I'm trying to find out who they are before I do any downloads to my phone. Hope this helps other people.
