Anonymous I was scammed from this person

Texter claimed to be Lindsay Texted me using my first name and pretended to be someone I know. Not sure what the scam is but I’m confident their goal was to confirm my name to go with my phone number.

Richard he says Scammed me saying he was from Napa Co Animal Shelter from Napa California saying they found my dog and he wa***** by a car that he needed surjerys $1500 for surjerys but take payments $560 to release him after 2 hour surjery. Said had to pay by venmo or zelle paid $560 to zelle and then told me where to pick up my dog which was address of shelter and then when I arrived he said he was locking up animals had us waiting then shut off his number

The male caller attempted to extract money from us for a cat who was lost on Aug. 17. He claimed to have found our contact details on Facebook.

This number ask me for money

Scam caller from this number identified himself as a Sonoma County Deputy Sheriff. He told me I have a Failure to Appear warrant for not answering a subpoena to the Federal Grand Jury. When I told him I was a retired police officer he ***g up

The caller said he was with Publishers Clearing House.

Voice-mail said my file hit his desk. Never said the company he was calling from. He said I had been pre approved for debt consolidation programs. Then left a phone number with a 949 area code.

He stated he was Adam Stanford from S***dy Cash. Couldn’t call company number it was hacked but to use his personal number

This number texted me it’s from Cali I live in Texas and they let me know they’re the ones that egged my car

I received a multimedia message from this number that I was unable to view

Anon Got a call from them just a few minutes ago, no message left. Another spam call tracking site had a similar report (they answered the call and the called ***g up). I suspect it was a spam call or someone trying to confirm a working number.

Dan My wife and I each got a text that said "Hey ;)" and when I asked who it was, it just said "Do u remember who I am ??" I asked why they were texting my wife and I, and never got a response.
