I didn't answer, but I have ATT as my service provider.  The national Do Not Call list is BS.

I have been receiving these calls alsmost everyday for the past few days or so. I have Vonage service at home and I think that somehow Vonage's customer database has unauthorized access to their database in their India Tech Support Center. Looks like these people are calling fron India. You can tell by their accent. I think Vonage needs to make sure that their customer database is secured and no one has access to their customer data.
