Kelly Called without saying what company they were calling from, asked if I had recently applied for a refinance. When I asked who they were and why they were calling, the woman asked if I was DEAF! I said, I heard exactly what you said, what I asked is WHY YOU ARE CALLING ME. What a rude b****. Called back, but it doesn't dial an actual person, hold music and then disconnects.
