Wachovia dealer services office landline - don't make any deals, get any offers in writing.they will lie to you to get any last bit of money before they come repo your vehicle. was offered refi on vehicle if I caught up on payment first... which of course I saw a ruse.  They then sent a repo tow company for vehicle which was in my garage, filed false damage report with my insurance company for damage caused by repo company.
