Received a phone call from this number. The caller left no message.

This number texted one of my 4th grade girls while we were on a field trip.  The students are allowed to have phones at this time in case parents need to get in touch with them.  The message on the phone was.:   "Are you shy?  If the answer is no you could end up in your bed with an axe in your face."  The message came from Arcata CA where we were going for our field trip.  My young student had no idea who it was and did not know the number and was very upset by the message.  I would like to get to the bottom of this and complain to the proper authorities, whether it be some young prankster's parents or the police.

Needs to stop calling and texting.....Having a problem with the 312 texts or calls in the last 3 1/2 months. Weird, I just can't understand it! Everything was fine before. Stalker....
